Located in the heart of Middlesex County, New Jersey on 22 square miles of land sits East Brunswick, a town full of character, ethnicity, and suburban life. Bowne-Munro, Memorial, Frost, Irwin, Murray A. Chittick, and Warnsdorfer are the kindergarten through fifth grade schools in East Brunswick; educating more than 3,000 students. There are two middle-level schools, Hammarsk Middle School educating students sixth and seventh grade and Churchill Junior High School that serves students grades eight and nine. The secondary school of the district is East Brunswick High School educating more than 2,000 students.
Route 18 passes through East Brunswick, and is an important artery connecting not only Route 1 to the Jersey Shore, but also to the New Jersey Turnpike. Interstate 95 is east of East Brunswick.
